Bligan is a fishing village in Nanalanda Territory in Njombia with a population of about 220. It is located at the river Dramyri downstream of the city of Lahralutra. It's location about a lazy day downstream or a long day upstream towards the city means that river boats sometimes stop at the village. It has a small pier that they can be moored to, and a tiny inn for those passengers who prefer to spend a night on land. The inn has only three shared sleeping rooms, two for 4 people and one for 3 people.
The remainder of the village is uneventful, there is some fishing and agriculture, a bakery and a few craftsmen.
