Meloul
From Dragon Eye Atlas
Meloul is a small village deep in the Nanalanda Territory forest.
Meloul forms a triangle with Slinahagri and Outan, all three connected by a path through the forest and isolated from other villages around, as they are the only Insiza tribe settlements in the area. About 160 people live in about 20 huts of various sizes.
Insiza Autid, son of Lifas is chief of the village. He is one of several hunters, who provide a large share of the village food in income both through the meat they gain - mostly deer, rabbits and occasional wild boars - and the leather and bones which are traded with the two other Insiza villages for vegetables and other supplies.
Like the other Insiza in the area, the villagers are scared of elves, and do not realize that both their religion and the building style of their houses and even some of their clothes are inspired by the elves that used to inhabit this area. So they live in wooden huts similar to elven tree houses and pray to the Elven Gods.
