Lotward is a rather isolated village in the province of [[part of province::Pyeogc]] in [[part of realm::Hampy]]. It has a population of about [[population::90]]. Despite its small size, it is relatively well known, due to its proximity to the [[Lighthouse of Saiar]].

The village had almost three times the current population during times when the lighthouse was popular as an adventurer destination, but has since dwindled back down to a more sustainable size.

Despite being set back from the coast, Lotward is a fishing village. A footpath leads from the village down the nearby cliff, and winds down to a landing pier and tiny port where a few fishing boats are kept.
