Mantiria is a costal state in the United Provinces of Sila with a population of just 26000, making it one of the smallest states in the realm. Its capital is Adria with its Port Adria harbour town.
It is often considered a sister state to Kydonia with which it shares many similarities, but also ancient rivalry.
