Mtwarok is a human town in the Principality of Hanzatia, close to the border into Vericum. Despite the proximity, however, it is different in almost every way from the nearest Vericum city Aphideret, which is about 155 km by road. But while Aphideret is an Elladan city with Faith of Ikoyo believers, Mtwarok is already within the Kiswaili sphere.

Mtwarok is surrounded by forests and while still in the lowlands of Hanzatia, has its share of rocky terrain.
