Just for fun, here’s all the countries I’ve been to in my life.
(not counting transit countries, i.e. if I never left the airport, it doesn’t count)

I’d like to see more of Africa and I’ve always wanted to visit Australia. A trip to Mexico was cancelled due to Covid. So there are still a few things on the list.
