Bukungia is a large province dominated by grasslands in the central west of Hanzatia. It is the most human-dominated province of the realm, with only a single dwarven city - Gunyur - with it. Less than 20,000 of the inhabitants of the province are dwarves.

The fertile river valley of the Maldon river provides much of the agricultural riches, and the vast grasslands are the home of some of the finest horses around. In fact, at least a quarter of the human population of Bukungia are nomads.
