Valeria is a small province in the far east of Fonticia, covered entirely with rainforest and sparsely populated. In fact, there is not even a town within this province, and the only reason it has not been absorbed into the nearby Perquino is that its nominal lord, Sir Etward Valeri, is head of an ancient family with history going back to the earliest days of Fonticia. Tradition requires that his family maintains a seat and lands, even though they are now impoverished and do, in fact, live in Campo.

The province is small, unimportant and generally left to itself, which makes life fairly good for its inhabitants. The tax collector comes once or twice a year, but does not expect much and is doing his job without much enthusiasm. Which is just as good because like Perquino, Valeria is infected with Goblins, who while not a big danger are a nuissance and regularily steal from the fields and livestock.
