Yeoguk is a tiny province along the Fontician coast and exclave of Hampy. It is a nearly uninhabited swamp that is entirely surrounded by the Fontician province of Cantovillino. The main reason it remains formally part of Hampy is that its only settlement, also named Yeoguk, was a military outpost at the time of the peace accord, and nobody really bothered with the worthless place since.
